Airport Taxi Vienna Boss provides services based on the conditions, service description and price list. Differing terms and conditions do not apply, even if Airport Taxi Vienna Boss does not expressly contradict them. Deviations from these conditions require the express written consent of Airport Taxi Vienna Boss. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation by Airport Taxi Vienna Boss.

The scope of services is determined exclusively according to the written order confirmation from the Vienna Airport Driver or, secondarily, according to the documented offer from the Vienna Airport Driver. Information contained in brochures, service catalogues, price lists and similar information is only binding to the extent that it is expressly referred to. Transport takes place by the regulations of the StVO and the PbefG. Passengers must adhere to the instructions of the Vienna Airport Driver or chauffeur. Suppose guests act against the instructions or threaten traffic regulations or road safety by interfering with the chauffeur. In that case, the Vienna Airport Driver can exclude them from transport. The Vienna Airport Driver charges the total fare, including the fixed or kilometre price and all ancillary and unique services.

Regardless of the reason, any change to the agreed pick-up time must be communicated to the Vienna Airport Driver immediately. The buyer will bear any damage resulting from failure to report immediately. The Vienna Airport Driver chauffeur will be available to you at the agreed pick-up time at the appropriate meeting point in the airport terminal or at a meeting point previously agreed in writing with a nameplate or company logo (earlier or later availability must be specified when booking). If no contact with the passenger or customer is made after 60 minutes of waiting, the chauffeur will return to Vienna without the passenger. The prices include the statutory sales tax at the respective statutory rate. The prices valid on the day of the booking confirmation apply. Flat rates not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and only apply to the agreed travel date and rental period. Times and distances beyond this will be calculated according to the valid price list. Additional costs due to delays are borne by the customer unless the delays are due to the fault of the Vienna Airport Driver or the chauffeur. The fare includes passenger transport with regular luggage. Taking along bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

Cancellations will only be effective if they are made in writing or confirmed in writing by the Vienna airport driver if they are verbally declared. The customer immediately informs the Vienna Airport Driver of any change in his name, (billing) address, legal form and bank details. The customer must also provide the necessary information about passengers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to provide immediate notification, he will be liable for damages that would have been avoided if notification had been made promptly. The customer undertakes, even on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the services of the Vienna Airport Driver, in particular:

If a customer violates the obligations above, the Vienna Airport Driver is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the abuse. The customer is liable to the Vienna Airport Driver for damages in a culpable violation.

Vienna Airport Driver is liable to the customer for damages - regardless of the legal basis - only in the event of intent or gross negligence and culpable violation of essential contractual obligations by Vienna Airport Driver, it's legal representatives or vicarious agents. Statutory regulations govern liability for injury to life, body or health. In the event of material damage, the liability of Vienna Airport Driver is limited to €1,000.00 per passenger.

Vienna Airport Driver is not liable for replacement or additional costs if the passenger is not picked up. This applies to both pickups to the airport and pickups from the airport. There is a liability violation for the vehicles by the applicable general insurance conditions. The customer must take care of any additional insurance themselves. Vienna Airport Driver is not liable for missed appointments and their economic consequences, as long as these are not the fault of Vienna Airport Driver. Should one or more of the above conditions be ineffective, the remaining conditions remain unaffected by the ineffectiveness. The statutory provisions take the place of invalid clauses.

The contractor will resolve technical disruptions on the web portal quickly. The contractor also assumes no liability for the time during which disruptions occurred.

Verbal and other agreements directly between the client and the chauffeur, without the contractor being informed, are strictly prohibited. However, if such agreements occur, the contractor assumes no liability for further events. In this case, the above general terms and conditions do not apply.

If one of these conditions is ineffective, the effectiveness of the others remains unaffected. For conditions not described, local law regulations apply. Unless otherwise agreed, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
